Thickness of diamond segments is 8mm.
8 segments deliver fast grinding and honing action on concrete and terrazzo floors. Cut faster than 10 segment grinding pucks and last longer than 5 segment.
Bevel edge segments grind smoothly over lippage deliver even scratches on the floor.
Come with Terrco bolt on system to fit on Terrco floor grinding machines.
Available grits: 6#,16#,30#, 50#, 70#, 100#, 120#, 200#, 400#. 6grit is
extremely coarse for removing coatings; 16grit to open concrete floor quickly; 30grit for initial grinding and preparation; 50grit delivers coarse to moderate scratches; 70grit smooth the floor with light scratches; 100grit or 120grit get the floor ready for polishing; 200# and even 400# may be needed in some circumstances.
Soft bond for hard concrete, medium bond for general concrete and hard bond for soft concrete. Extra soft, super soft, extra hard and super hard are also available if needed.
Different color for different grit for quick identification or different color for different bond hardness.
Can be used for both wet and dry application though wet use is recommended.
