Conical carbide tips which welded on the roller keep rotating and hitting on the concrete floor to create bush-hammered surface.
Bush hammer is a multifunction tool. Can be used to pulverize the surface of concrete floor to get aggregate exposure; or to create rough hammered surface on used concrete floor for holding new layer of concrete or coatings like epoxy; for texturing and grinding concrete floors to create decorative finish like naturally weathered rock or anti-slip finish; or for coating removal,etc.

The inside of the roller is made of bearing, sleeve, spring washer and filled with grease. The roller always rolls smoothly. Wax is used to seal the roller to prevent dust going into the bearing and stop the roller.
Frame which to hold the roller bolted to Lavina wedge-in plate via 4 stout screws, no break under repeated hitting.
The number and layout of teeth on the roller can be changed. 2 rows of 30 teeth or 3 rows of 45 teeth are both available. And roller can be replaced when carbide tips are used out.
