Double half bar diamond grinding plates to fit grinders of National Flooring Equipment

Designed to be used on grinders of National Flooring Equipment.
Double half bar segments in the size of 20x10x10mm. Extremely aggressive coating removal rate, perfect for breaking concrete surface.
Diamond grinding plates widely used for leveling concrete high spots and repairing imperfections to prepare concrete for polishing as well as creating profile for accepting new coatings.
Available grits: 6#,16#,30#, 50#, 70#, 100#, 120#, 200#, 400#. Coarse grits 6# and 16# for coating removal and fast opening concrete surface; common grits 30# 50# and 70# for grinding, leveling and smoothing the floor; 100# or 120# to get floor ready for polishing; 200# and 400# may be needed in some circumstances.
Available bonds from super soft to super hard. Medium bond is recommended in most cases; for hard concrete, the bond needs to be soft to expose diamond grains to open the hard surface; for soft concrete, the bond needs to be hard to withstand the abrasion. Extra soft, super soft, extra hard and super hard are also available if needed.
Can be used both wet and dry though wet use is recommended.
