PCD coating removal tool for HTC grinding machine
Product Introduction
Comes with a 1/4 PCD, a round carbide and a rectangular segment. The round carbide acts as the depth guide to help control the cutting depth. The rectangular segment acts as the wear bar to stabilize the tool, and to do the thin coating removal and the rough grinding in one pass. The PCD to remove various coatings such as epoxy, glue, paint, waterproofing, adhesive and screed residues etc.
Comes with HTC wing plate for fitting on HTC grinding machines.
Adding an extra piece of metal on the top of HTC wing plate to hold the PCD, carbide and segment, making the tool stronger.
The rectangular segment is a little lower than the PCD to ensure the tool works efficiently and smoothly.
Clockwise and counterclockwise rotational direction are interchangeable to fit planetary floor grinders.
