Popular sizes of turbo diamond cup wheel that used in concrete polishing industry are 5inch，6inch and 7inch. Number of segments varies with sizes.
Strategically placed holes help to ventilate dust from the surface and dissipate heat extending life of the cup wheel. Those holes also reduce weight of the cup wheel making it workable on hand-held grinders.
Non threaded 22.23mm bore, threaded 5/8-11 or M14 arbor are all available.
Soft, medium and hard bond are available for different hardness of concrete floors. Soft bond for hard concrete, as soft bond allows the diamonds to fall out when they become blunt or rounded off, ensures the tool continue to grind at a faster rate. Hard bond for soft concrete in order to keep using the diamonds for longer, since it takes longer to become dull. Medium bond for general concrete.
General grits 30#, 50#, 70#, 100#. Coarse grits usually with softer bond, higher diamond toughness and lower diamond concentration to produce faster grinding. Fine grits usually with harder bond, lower diamond toughness and higher diamond concentration to produce smooth finish.
