Turbo pattern copper transitional polishing pad

Turbo pattern allows for better tooling pressure while still allowing slurry and debris to move away from the active work area.
Unlike traditional resin pads, copper transitional pad is made from copper bond formulation that will last longer than any resin pad. Copper bond also has significant advantage over resins in cutting ability.
This pad is designed to ease the transition between the metal grinding stage and the resin honing and polishing stage.
Velcro back works universally with most of the floor grinders. Velcro color light blue for 30#, dark blue for 50#, yellow for 100#, orange for 200#, red for 400#.
Works efficiently under large grinders and small grinders.
Works well on hard, medium, and soft concrete.
Recommended use wet.

Work efficiently. When do concrete polishing, it is common to drop back to 50 grit resin after 100 grit metal due to the deep scratch pattern created by metal tools. This is not necessary with copper transitional pad as a 100 grit transitional pad will cut like 50 grit resin but with the scratch pattern of 100 grit. So when goes to polishing process you can skip the 50 grit and start on 100 grit, reducing time spent on a project without compromising quality.
Work aggressively. This copper transitional polishing pad will remove scratches of metal bond tools efficiently and can also be used as an economical alternative to finer metal bond tools in some cases.
Last longer. This copper transitional polishing pad promotes a longer run life than any resin polishing pad.
