Double arrow segment concrete grinding shoes are typical trapezoid diamond grinding tools for concrete floor surface preparation. Like all the trapezoid grinding plates, the tool is ideal for removing thin coatings, leveling and grinding concrete or cement base terrazzo floors.
Double arrow segment concrete grinding shoes come with 2 segments in arrow shape which has larger perimeter so as to remove coatings more efficiently and cut into concretes more aggressively.
Double arrow segment concrete grinding shoes come with trapezoid base plate, can be mounted to a wide variety of floor grinding machines via the 3 holes on the base plate. The 3 holes can be M6 threaded to fit US and European floor grinders or D9mm bare holes to fit Chinese floor grinders.
Double arrow segment concrete grinding shoes are available in super soft, extra soft, soft, medium, hard, extra hard, super hard bond. Available grits are 6#, 16#, 30#, 50#, 70#, 100#, 120#, 200#, 400#.
Color coded paint on the tools for easy identification of grit numbers or the bond hardness.
Can be used both wet and dry though wet use is recommended.
